"Shipping felt a little slow"
My order showed up in good shape, so no complaints there. The shipping just took longer than I was expecting. Maybe they were backed up or something, I’m not really sure. It wasn’t a huge deal, but I do wish the tracking updates had been a bit faster.

"They actually had it"
I ended up ordering from bluemercury because this serum I always use was sold out basically everywhere, and I was already kind of over it. Their site said it was in stock, and somehow it actually was, which felt oddly satisfying. Checkout was simple, nothing weird happened after, and it showed up without one of those annoying backorder emails. i was just really glad it worked out.

Products are fine, but the site was a pain. Pages loaded slow, filters kept resetting, and checkout felt way more confusing than needed. Had to go back a few times just to fix my cart. Not great

I’ve grabbed a few skincare things from Bluemercury, and it’s all been solid. Everything seemed fresh and did what it was supposed to do, so no complaints there. One of the items was a little smaller than I expected, but it’s still good, so I’m happy with it overall.

"Easy refund, but the product didn’t work for me"
I ended up returning a moisturizer because it just didn’t agree with my skin, which was disappointing. That said, the return process was actually really smooth. Getting the label was easy, and my refund came through a few days after they received it. I do wish the product had been a better match, but at least the return wasn’t a headache. I’d probably shop here again

"A nice mix of products and brands"
I was pleasantly surprised by the selection at Bluemercury. They have a really good mix of skincare and makeup, and I came across a few brands I don’t usually see in other stores. It did take me a little while to browse through everything, but that wasn’t a bad thing because there were plenty of options to check out. I left feeling happy with what I found, and it’s always a good feeling when a store actually has products that make you excited to shop

"Quick help without the runaround"
I don’t have a lot of patience for back-and-forth customer service stuff, so I was relieved they fixed my order issue quickly. They were nice about it too, and I didn’t have to keep chasing anyone down, which made the whole thing way less annoying

stopped in to grab some skincare and had a really easy time. the staff was friendly and pointed me in the right direction quickly, so i didn’t have to wander around forever. checkout was smooth too, which i always appreciate.
